The smallest board cut on an APS3000?

Well you may have seen my pics from Singapore & the Sentosa Wavehouse Flowrider in January. i have been busy working on some prototypes for thier new barrelling wave. here is a pic of one i cut on my APS3000 shaping machine.. it is 3'4" x 12" x 3/4"= 5 litres! They have no fins and rely on the edge like a snowboard. Once there is a few glassed i will put some more pics up before testing them all out in may! I am making them with a few different construction methods. this one will be glassed with Innegra (Ghost Carbon), a new tech fiber that i have been trialling with my Team boards. i am also making some with layers of wood in a press like the old style way of making skateboards, then cutting channels in them etc with a cnc. i like my tech ways of making things, the challenges of doing these kind of projects help me learn stuff that i can put back into everyday boards to make them better too!
