Dave has been losing sleep lately over some of the finfree ideas he has had over the years. Riding the Alaia recently was sure to do something to his creative side... Riding them has retaught us all kinds of things about flow and slide etc.

The Fish fry for 2008

The annual Aussie fish fry was on today at Currumbin alley. It was the biggest yet in the annual celebration of different than normal surfcraft. i have posted photos and info on a new page on the website. Here is a little drawing i did saturday night in anticipation of the most enjoyable surf industry event of the year...

Dave has been working on a Paulonia (Kiri) wood Quad. It is made of solid pieces then rough shaped. Then we pulled it apart and cut out most of the centre leaving ribs. This pic is as we are starting to glue it back together. We will post some more pics as it gets finished in the next few Days.

marine life are abundant with big snapper nibbling your feet as you swim... my Wife would love to see the variety of fish that were all the rainbow of colors.
