hi Dave the new board goes really good. The surf has been good for the last couple of days, it has been like 4 to 6 foot so it was barreling alot, so i am realy stocked beacuse it hasent been like that for a while now. getting ready for the occy grom comp and the gromfest it is my last year in them so i am going to be hoping for a great result to finish the under 16 comps on so yer talk to u soon Alex Swadling

Hi Dave the surf has been good down there with the northly swell pushing throw. Maclauley has been good off the ponit with left going down the beach for 100 meters, the swell is 4 to 5 foot so everyone is happy, dont know how long the swell is going to hang around for. talk to u later alex

hi guys i am back in coffs from WA the surf was pretty small and fat over there. i had fun over there with the west guys for a week, playing jokes on each other, and i got a new hair cut by the boys it is a bit short. tomorrow i am going down to bonny hills for the schools regionals comp. i hope the surf will be good. the surf in coffs has been good with some good barrels, with the swell been like 4 to 5 foot with the bigger one's. hope u guys are getting waves i know i am. talk to use later alex swadling.

hi dave we arrived home today after having great surf and surfing with great locals, the last few days it picked up and chunggu was barrelling, after all the waves and places we surfed my boards are still like new not any damage (not like some others broken )i was on nbn news tonight about my win in the rusty ill send you the copy.back to surfing in wetties and cold water ,ill talk to you soon alex swadling

hi dave we just came back from newcastle the surf was small and on shore i had a good heat got to the quaters and learnt heeps,iam getting ready to go to bali for a few weeks, next week so ill be sending a surf report on the surf there its been good for the last few days,my board been sick and i carnt wait for my new one iam taking to bali ,we have new photos and video when i come back so ill talk to you this week alex swadling

hi dave the surfs been onshore then offshore and raining at least the swell staining, 3 to 4 foot on the weekend we had sawtell boardriders the surf was small but fun i finished 1st in the juniors and 2nd in the opens, my ds 7 round tail going sick and iam riding it in the pro juniors this weekend it looks like the comp will be at diggers as the south easterly winds are going to kick in on wed, iam looking foward to seeing the other diverse team riders down here this weekend so ill let you know how it goes talk to you alex

hi dave ,well we have been having great surf down here untill all this rain started we have a great right hand bank.with all this rain the sand should wash out of the creeks and we have heeps of new breaks,when i was in wa for the taj small fries i cought the first wave of the comp as i was in the first heat,wa was fun but the surf was so small,carnt wait to go back when theres some swell and surf margrets,well iam getting ready for the pro junior in coffs next week training and going to yoga,carnt wait for my new board st7 model to come down so ill talk to you soom alex swadling

hi dave well were back home,after travelling to curlcurl,carragong,bells and jan jac then back to sydney ,over to wa to surf margert river,yallangup,now back in coffs and the best surf ive had for the whole month was yesterday at diggers ,we drove the motorhome and free camped at some beautifuly beachs had bar b ques on headlands and surfed heeps of small onshore waves the boards went great the sprint i rode nearly everywhere iam ready for another one when i come up,my next comp is the pro junior at coffs so iam looking forward to that, the surf here is 5-6 foot a bit windy but pumping lefts down the beach and rights of the rip so ill talk to you later alex swadling

hi dave merry christmas to you and your family and pj,jamie we had a good time on the gold coast the surf was ok. thanks for fixing dads board it fell off the roof of the motorhome.were leaving today for curl curl,for the ocean@earth teenage rampage after that were driving around the south coast surfing and camping untill we arrive at bells for the kustom cadet cup and my first pro junior at bells beach so ill let you know how it goes and send some new photos of surf on the way so my boards a waxed and ready cant wait, so have a happy new year alex swadling

sunpatch christmas party

hi dave we had the sunpatch christmas party on saturday night at the bowling alley. There were 30 of us and we all had to dress up as pirates or princess the photo is of me tommy,and mark and his baby. We bowled and eat until 11.00 pm that was when i went home.The surf has been ok in the mornings small but good shape.my training at martin dunn went great he showed us a lot of small adjustments with turns and airs. So it was great to attend. We talked to ben whos injured at the moment. My new boards go great i think having the nose narrower and the wigth less has made the board very lose.On my backhand it turns up much more vert. hi dave my new board arrived the 5.11. i took it out at our last board riders of the year and went great the photo is from diggers the left in the corner,i just came back fron the train station as the train is 2 hours late going to old bar for the camp with martin dunn so the final event for the year and 2 of us were tied with the same points and we boath ride diverse boards and he won today and i came second it was soo close well ill let you know how the training goes alex swadling

hi guys this is a photo from wednesday at shellys the boards going great and carnt wait for my new sprint 5 11,the northeries have been blowing all weekend and the surf been rubbish so ive been fishing and swimming the water temp droped and wetsuits back on.this week iam catching the train down to old bar to a training camp with martin dunn for some coaching to tune up my comp surfing for the rip curl gromsearch,ocean@ earth tean age rampage at curl curl then to bells for the cadet cup,i hope the swell come up before the weekend for the camp so ill let you know how it goes on the weekend talk to you soon alex

hi dave on the weekend we had the teams chalange between boardriders clubs from woopi tp cresent heads i surfed for sewtell and we were overall winners $250 first prize for the club with coffs 2nd cresent 3rd it was very close and was decided with the tage team and we won by just 10 points,today sunday we had our coffs boardriders 5-6 foot light on shore difficult conditions with very lumpy swell i finished 2nd in the u16s and 4th in the u18s.so talk to you latter alex

On the 22 sept i am going to jan jac for the gromsearch . Then on the 30 sept off to bali for two weeks to surf at bingin, kermas and changgu then over to g land for a week to try out my 5 11 and my
6 footer.
