Hey Guys,
As you may know the show Totally Wild on Channel Ten are doing a segment on me and my surfing,
Filming happened at Currumbin Alley on the 23rd of February 2010.
I had a total ball, was a lot of fun! Had to teach the presenter, Ranger Stacey, how to surf
It was her first time but surprisingly she was a natural and stood up first time
I'll let everyone know when its suppose to air on tv :)
The new diverse board went awesome!! I'm so happy with it!

Surf check and update from Japan

Small Waves today.. Daisuke made the most of the Magic Mullets Small wave abilitys. With 5mm wetsuits and very powerless waves, it really takes patience & the right tools to get a fun surf session in!

Japan update

In between visits to Surfshop customers We have been Surfing a couple times with customers too over the last days. its kind of duanting driving for 2 hours past snow capped mountains, watching steam come out of vents in the road!. i woke up at 6 am and saw outside completly coverered with snow, i went back to the warm bed thinking i would get some great pics later! , but up at 9 am and its sunny and all gone! I really begin to understand what my customers have to go thru here and other parts of the world!not even feeling my fingers.. before i get in the water, the hot water buckets to take to shower with at the beach, the Amazing custom order process to get a wetsuit! Oh another thing happened too. i Woke up to the whole house shaking. it was an earthquake. it was over pretty quick, it was only a 3.5! almost everyone slept thru it, its such a normal part of life here!

Wave Domination... Dave designed this board with inspiration from one of the hottest surfers on the ASP world tour who likes to have fun surfing too! Dane Reynolds rides a Roberts White Diamond model Surfboard when he wants to play.
The Wave Dominator or WD for short is a hybrid shortboard designed to catch all the waves you paddle for, meanwhile performing at an extremly high level. The wider outline with a pulled in nose give great flow & speed, round this off with the snappy response of the Diamond Tail. The WD features a deck with a flat crown tapering off to a modern foiled rail creating volume to spare...
